Role DescriptionThe Territory Manager, Aesthetics is a full-time, field-based role covering Orange County and surrounding markets in Southern California. You'll drive sales growth for Gain Med's aesthetic product portfolio by identifying and developing new clinic accounts, building lasting relationships with med spa owners, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and injectors, and conducting product presentations and in-office training.Day to day, you'll manage your pipeline, build and execute a territory plan, track performance against targets, and provide ongoing account support to drive product adoption and reorder rates.
You'll also partner with our marketing and scientific teams on field feedback and campaign input, and represent Gain Med at local events, conferences, and educational sessions.This role requires strict adherence to Gain Med's product communication standards. All claims must stay within approved messaging for each product line, and you'll receive training on where those lines sit.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of field sales experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices, with a documented record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Existing relationships with aesthetic practices in Orange County or greater Southern California strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build a territory plan, manage a pipeline, and forecast accurately
- Comfort working within regulated product messaging; experience with compliance-sensitive categories is a significant plus
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate scientific material for a clinical audience
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, spot trends, and adjust territory strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within territory
