Responsibilities:

• Guide franchisees and their new studios through the pre-sale marketing plan
• Help new studios hit sales targets from pre-sale to two months post opening
• Provide on-site sales training for sales representatives and general managers
• Review club operations with the GM and the franchise owner
• Host one-on-one calls and webinars with staff
• Coach studios on customer service best-practices
• Advise on grand opening plans, community outreach and other business needs

Requirements:

• Multi-unit sales experience required, preferably fitness sales
• Pre-sale or start up experience preferred
• Fitness franchise experience highly preferred
• Experience with grassroots marketing
• Experience with Club Ready, Mind Body or other gym POS & CRMs
• Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
