As an Account Representative II, you'll partner closely with Sales Representatives to support customer opportunities, assist with pricing and deal execution, and help drive revenue growth across assigned accounts. You'll build strong customer relationships, manage sales activities, and contribute to strategic account plans that deliver business results.
What You'll Do- Partner with Sales Representatives to support opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist with special pricing requests, quotes, and deal closure activities.
- Build and maintain customer relationships while supporting account growth.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Manage pipeline activity and support strategic account plans.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of sales, customer service, hospitality, account management, or related experience; OR 2+ years of technology, distribution, or channel sales experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Track record of achieving goals and delivering results.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a technology-focused sales environment
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in technology, distribution, channel, or reseller sales.
- Experience supporting pricing strategies and complex sales opportunities.
- Internship, rotational, or fast-track development program experience.
- Experience managing mid-level customer relationships.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $56,200.00 - $95,600.00 per year.
