Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue, and foster strong client relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve departmental revenue targets.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Coach and train team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales department.
- Understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Empathy and understanding in dealing with clients facing financial challenges.
- Monitor sales performance metrics.
- Motivates and encourages the sales team to ensure quotas are met.
- Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
- A minimum of three years of sales experience is required.
