Job Summary
We are seeking Community Sales Managers in the Orange County, Inland Empire, and Pomona area to join our sales team. All new hires start as Community Sales Managers in Training (CSMT) and receive a structured training program tailored to their experience level. The role focuses on building customer relationships, mastering product knowledge, and developing sales techniques to enhance the home‑buying experience.
Responsibilities- Participate in training sessions covering home features, community highlights, finance tools, sales purchase agreements, and CRM usage.
- Shadow experienced Community Sales Managers to observe best practices and gain practical insight into the sales process.
- Complete assigned reading materials, online courses, and other training activities to enhance sales skills.
- Learn and articulate the product’s features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.
- Apply various sales techniques, including prospecting, solution presentation, objection handling, and closing.
- Use effective communication and active listening to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for both client and company.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; follow up with prospects, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Track interactions and manage accounts using CRM tools.
- Participate in regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions; set goals for personal development.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement and a proactive approach to learning and skill enhancement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Active Real Estate License required (where applicable by state).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Internet Explorer.
- High level of organizational and documentation skills.
- Customer‑service oriented with a focus on customer priority.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
Pay Range: $25 hourly. Cell Allowance: $1,000 annually.

- Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to the schedule.
- Access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device.
- Engage in face‑to‑face conversations with customers, coworkers, and higher‑level managers.
- Sit or stand for long periods of time and move around the work environment as needed.
- Operate a motor vehicle if applicable.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Perform reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.
- Frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Preferred location:
Orange County, Inland Empire, and Pomona.
FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt. This position is non‑exempt and subject to overtime pay under wage‑hour law.
