Logicon is seeking a highly motivated Key Accounts Lead to manage and expand one of our most strategic enterprise client relationships. This role is responsible for developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying new opportunities for consulting and change activation services, and serving as a bridge between the client and Logicon's delivery teams.
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who can navigate complex organizations, establish executive credibility, and uncover opportunities where Logicon can provide additional value. This person will work closely with client stakeholders, internal leadership, and consultants currently supporting the account to ensure successful delivery while driving long term growth.
This is a highly visible role with direct impact on revenue growth, client satisfaction, and strategic account expansion. Key account leaders are responsible for deepening partnerships, identifying emerging needs, and helping position Logicon as a trusted advisor within the organization.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business, technology, transformation, and operations functions.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with directors, senior leaders, and executives.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to understand strategic priorities, challenges, and upcoming initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic account discussions and relationship management.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns while ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities for Change Activation, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Product Marketing, Training, Adoption, and Transformation services.
- Build and execute account growth plans that align with client priorities and Logicon's capabilities.
- Partner with leadership to develop strategies for expanding Logicon's footprint within the account.
- Drive revenue growth through new engagements, workstream expansion, and stakeholder relationship development.
- Monitor upcoming initiatives and organizational changes to position Logicon for future opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with Logicon consultants assigned to the account.
- Conduct regular check-ins with consultants to understand project health, stakeholder dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
- Ensure consultants feel supported, connected, and aligned with account objectives.
- Escalate risks, issues, or opportunities to leadership as appropriate.
- Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to identify future resource needs and staffing opportunities.
- Develop stakeholder maps, relationship strategies, and account growth plans.
- Coordinate across recruiting, consulting, delivery, and executive leadership teams to support account objectives.
- Track account health, stakeholder engagement, active opportunities, and growth initiatives.
- Represent Logicon professionally at client meetings, workshops, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to executive leadership regarding account strategy and growth opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Business Development, Consulting, Change Management, or related fields.
- Experience managing enterprise level client relationships.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
- Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
- Experience working within consulting, professional services, staffing, transformation, or change management environments preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
- Located in or near Irvine, California with ability to meet stakeholders in person as needed.
