Key Responsibilities- Learn and apply the core principles of modern sales through structured training and real-world practice
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through phone calls, email, and other digital channels
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify opportunities
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up activities in our CRM system
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Meet and exceed activity-based metrics, including outreach volume and qualified meetings set
- No previous sales experience required - just the motivation to learn and grow
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
- Willingness to be coached and take feedback constructively
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using email, phone, and standard business software tools
- Interest in marketing technology, healthcare, or digital solutions is a plus
