About T.O.P. Awards ConventionT.O.P. Awards Convention is a growing dance competition and convention platform creating meaningful performance, education, and industry opportunities for dancers, studios, teachers, and the performing arts community.
As we expand our studio network and event participation, we are looking for a Studio Growth & Registration Manager to help build studio relationships and increase competition registrations.
The RoleWe are looking for someone who understands the dance competition, convention, performing arts, or event industry and can help turn outreach and studio relationships into real participation and registrations.
This is not a pure social media role. It is a business development, studio relationship, sales, and registration growth position.
You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute strategies that attract dance studios, strengthen industry relationships, and turn studio interest into measurable participation and registrations.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with dance studio owners, directors, teachers, and performing arts organizations
- Contact prospective studios through phone, email, Linked In, Instagram, and direct outreach
- Introduce T.O.P Awards Convention and convert studio interest into registrations
- Build and manage a studio lead pipeline
- Follow up consistently with interested studios
- Develop studio referral, partnership, and registration growth strategies
- Track weekly outreach, meetings, conversions, and registration results
- Support future partnerships between T.O.P. Awards Convention and Artibase Talent Bank
- Dance competition or dance convention experience
- Studio relations, registration, enrollment, admissions, or customer growth experience
- Dance studio management or performing arts marketing experience
- Sales, business development, client relations, or partnership experience
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable speaking directly with studio owners and directors
- Organized, proactive, professional, and results-driven
- High integrity and respect for confidential information
Experience working directly with dance studios, studio owners, competition participants, or performing arts organizations is highly preferred.
CompensationBase compensation plus performance incentives based on studio growth and registration results.
Contract-to-hire or full-time opportunities may be considered for the right candidate.
Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
