Position Summary

As an Associate Manager, US Commercial Marketing, you will play a key role in the development, commercialization, and launch of Johnson & Johnson Med Tech's next-generation electrophysiology software platform. This position will support the commercialization strategy for innovative software solutions that enhance procedural workflows, clinical decision-making, and integration across the electrophysiology ecosystem.

Working closely with R&D, Professional Education, Sales, and Global Marketing teams, you will help translate customer needs and platform capabilities into compelling value propositions, launch strategies, and customer adoption programs. This role requires a blend of commercial marketing, product launch excellence, customer insight generation, technical and clinical knowledge and cross-functional leadership capabilities to drive successful software launch adoption and business growth across the US market.

This role will shape the future of the next generation software strategy.
