As a Business Consultant, you'll own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and generating new business to closing deals and supporting implementation. This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and exceeding sales goals.

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, channel partners, and self-generated prospecting
• Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through implementation
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and recommend customized HR and business solutions
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast using Salesforce CRM
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Travel within your territory for client meetings, networking events, conferences, and team meetings

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
• Experience selling Payroll, HCM, PEO, HR Services, Insurance, Staffing, SaaS, or other consultative business solutions is a plus
• Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and close deals
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
• Valid driver's license required
