Title Sales Representative

A Title Sales Representative drives revenue by procuring title and escrow business, primarily from Real Estate Agents and Lenders, within an assigned territory. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on developing and maintaining strong professional relationships, expanding market presence, and serving as a trusted title and escrow resource for clients. Success relies on strategic prospecting, client education, networking, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies within assigned territory to increase title and escrow business and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, and other industry professionals
  • Conduct strategic prospecting, in-person meetings, presentations, educational events, and networking activities to generate new business and strengthen existing relationships
  • Participate in industry associations, real estate functions, community events, and other activities to increase market visibility and presence
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to clients regarding title and escrow services, industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions
  • Utilize CRM to document sales activity, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate client communications and follow-up
  • Remain current on title and escrow industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions
  • Collaborate with internal escrow and operations teams to ensure an exceptional client experience and effective delivery of services
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, territory plans, and other sales-related documentation as required
