Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
• Manage a national portfolio of client accounts within the insurance sector.
• Offer consultation and expert advice to key clients on complex risk mitigation issues.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to align services with customer needs.
• Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.
• Lead, mentor, and recruit sales staff.
