Wholesale Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated Wholesale Sales Representative to help grow our retail and wholesale business by identifying, contacting, and closing new accounts.

This is a flexible, results-driven role with no set weekly schedule although regular communication is expected. Your primary goal is to generate and grow wholesale accounts, and how much time you dedicate to accomplishing that is largely up to you.

Boba Tea Protein is a fast-growing wellness brand innovating at the intersection of boba, Asian-inspired flavors, and fitness. We create healthier, protein-packed alternatives to the drinks and flavors people already love, including boba-inspired protein powders, functional beverages, and other wellness products.

• Prospect and reach out to potential wholesale and retail accounts
• Introduce and pitch our products to buyers
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales process
• Close new wholesale accounts and generate purchase orders
• Maintain relationships with accounts you bring in
• Provide basic sales updates and pipeline visibility

• Commission-only position
• Commission paid on qualifying sales/accounts generated by the representative
• No base salary
• Potential to earn more as your account base grows

• Strong communication and sales skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Experience in wholesale, retail, CPG, food & beverage, or sales is preferred
• Existing relationships with retailers, distributors, gyms, specialty stores, or other relevant accounts are a plus

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys business development and wants compensation directly tied to the sales they generate.
