INRAE propose un stage de master/ingénieur (Bac+5) à Nantes au laboratoire Biopolymères, Interactions et assemblages (BIA). Ce stage porte sur l’extraction et la purification de galactolipides riches en oméga-3 et sur la formulation d’émulsions modèles pour des études in vivo.
Vous travaillerez sur des sources végétales, comparerez la biodisponibilité et collaborerez avec l’équipe Car Men (Lyon). Durée: 6 mois, rémunération mensuelle 4,50 €/h. Début ASAP, cadre public.
