Duration: 24 Months Contract (++Possible Extension Based on Performance and Business Needs)

Irvine, CA 92612 - 100% Onsite
Shift: Monday–Friday | 8 Hours per Day | Standard Business Hours
Pay Rate Range: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities- Executing formulation development projects in collaboration with staff scientists from the Skin Medica product development team.
- Manufacturing topical cosmetic/OTC skincare formulas, maintaining laboratory notebooks and databases, managing raw material inventories and vendor relationships, conducting stability studies, performing analytical testing, and supporting pilot/scale-up activities.
- 5 + years minimum experience in topical cosmetic/OTC formulation development is required for level III.
- Open to candidates with less experience (2-5 years) at level II
- Working knowledge of topical cosmetic/OTC laboratory methods and familiarity with GLP/GMP
- Hands-on experience operating laboratory equipment used in topical cosmetic/OTC formula development
- Experience in pilot/scale-up activities would be a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive mindset
