Security Officer Building Access Control

Allied Universal - Up to $21.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, access control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor and control building entry by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining access logs, and directing guests to appropriate destinations;
Receive, document, and communicate security-related concerns, alarms, and service requests, escalating to building management and/or emergency services as needed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting emergency procedures such as evacuations, shelter in place, and medical response coordination;
Complete required reports and shift documentation, maintain key control and other controlled items, and support routine front desk operations to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions
