As a Security Officer – Campus Building Access Control in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access points, observe and report activity, and communicate clearly while delivering customer‑focused service.

- Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, yards, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns, and report findings.
- Monitor access control points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct deliveries and contractors according to site rules.
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
- Complete required reports, patrol logs, incident documentation, and shift pass‑downs using written and/or electronic systems.
- Be 21+ years of age.
- Be able to lift up to 20 lbs preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience preferred.
- Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
