Security Officer Patrol Driver Gated Community

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a residential apartment community;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, amenities, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage, and report hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, contacting emergency services when needed, and/or providing clear directions to responders;
Control access where assigned by monitoring entrances, checking credentials as required, and/or maintaining visitor and vendor logs in accordance with site-specific procedures;
Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift handoff notes, and communicate observed issues to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision
