Security Officer Mall Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail and/or mall location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or hazard concerns;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site management and/or local responders as needed;
Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with visitor and/or vendor direction, and help support crowd flow during peak periods and/or special events;
Complete shift activity logs and incident reports with clear, accurate details, and communicate observations and follow-up needs to the Allied Universal management team
