Security Officer Flex Gated Community

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential streets, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.;
Control access at community entry points as assigned by verifying authorization, issuing visitor directions, and documenting entries and/or exits per post orders.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting on-site management and/or local emergency services as needed.;
Complete detailed reports and logs, including patrol findings, incident documentation, and maintenance observations, and communicate relevant information to the appropriate contacts.
