Security Officer Building Concierge

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate office location.;
Operate the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, managing sign-in processes, and issuing visitor access credentials per site-specific policy.;
Monitor access points and lobby activity, observe for unusual conditions, and report concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Answer telephones and radios, relay messages to building staff and/or property management, and document routine activity and incident details in required logs.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and assisting with evacuations and/or medical response as directed by site procedures.
