• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, property‑related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and/or other assigned areas, assisting with visitor interactions, badge or credential checks, and reporting unusual activity in accordance with site policies.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real‑estate location by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and assisting with security‑related requests from authorized personnel.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 6 months of security‑related experience is required.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
