What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.

* Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting relevant details to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

* Monitor access points, common areas, and visitor activity while following property rules and assisting with security-related concerns in a professional manner.

* Support residential operations by communicating with residents and staff, addressing routine issues, and completing required reports, logs, and other assigned security-related duties.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

* At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

* CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

* Access control and badge experience is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
