** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken according to site guidelines.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and perimeter access points, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized behavior.

+ Monitor entry and exit activity, report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious circumstances, and communicate with property management and local responders when needed.

+ Support daily operations at the location by providing directions, answering questions, assisting with customer concerns, and maintaining a visible presence to help address security-related issues.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
