We are looking for full‑time ARMED guards to work Monday – Friday in the morning shift in Irvine, California. Guards with a military background are encouraged to apply! Our hiring process is one day: you can be hired on the day of your interview and start working ASAP.

• Ability to be an effective team member.
• Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
• Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.
• Ability to provide high‑quality customer service.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.

• Have a valid guard card to apply and work.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have an owned reliable vehicle.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass the company’s pre‑employment screening process, including a drug screen.
• Must be able to stand and walk during the shift.
• Must have a weapon registered to your name.
• Must pay great attention to detail and possess the ability to exercise good judgement in difficult and/or emergency situations.
• Must have a valid BSIS armed guard card to apply and work.
