• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general unarmed security duties.
• Promote safety by identifying, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and client requirements and specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• Perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all‑weather conditions.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft.
• Log inbound and outbound trucks and control access at entry points, including visitor sign‑in/out logs and badge issuance.
• Walk between guard shack and trucks, being agile and responsive.
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
• Guard, patrol, and monitor industrial or commercial premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or rule infractions.
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, and respond to emergencies requiring security assistance.
• Write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports (DARs).
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual activity and secure facility and designated areas.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports.

• 18+ years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of security experience.
• Minimum 1 year of CCTV monitoring experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid CA Guard Card.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and crisis communication skills.
• Capable of following complex instructions and handling high‑stress situations.
• Willingness to undergo drug screening and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• 1‑year prior Truck Gate Security Officer experience.
• 1‑year Gate house officer experience.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and ethical behavior.

Full Time AM Shift (5:30 am – 2 pm, Monday–Friday).

Rate: $19.13 per hour.
