Senior Manager, Asset Protection

Taco Bell -  - Responsibilities:
Develop and execute asset protection, safety, and security practices to reduce risk and support the current and future needs of Taco Bell's U.S. company restaurants.;
Lead, coach, and develop Asset Protection team members, providing clear direction, ongoing feedback, and support to strengthen individual capability, drive performance, and ensure consistent execution of asset protection priorities across the business.;
Monitor and analyze internal cash loss, safety incidents, and security-related trends using CCTV, exception-based reporting, cash management tools, and field observations to identify root causes and recommend corrective action.;
Oversee and support investigations related to loss, fraud, policy violations, security incidents, and other asset protection concerns, partnering with Legal, People & Culture, Finance, and Operations as needed.;
Manage day-to-day relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective support, strong service levels, cost efficiency, and protection of Taco Bell's business interests.
