Security Officer Gated Community Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through appropriate channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations as assigned;
Monitor access points and community activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or unusual behavior within the location;
Support property rules and assist with security-related interactions involving visitors, deliveries, amenities, and after-hours concerns while maintaining a professional presence
