Security Patrol Driver Retail Center

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and retail visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the property, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance, lighting, and access control concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help deter unauthorized activity, support access control practices, and provide directions or assistance to visitors as needed.;
Assist with retail and residential community location needs by observing daily activity, addressing policy-related issues, and communicating clearly with residents, tenants, vendors, and/or local responders when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
