Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, storefronts, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with directional support and general inquiries, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations observed during patrols;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Be visible to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming environment through strong customer service
