Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns according to site guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe conditions requiring attention;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor, resident, and/or contractor entry procedures in accordance with property rules and post instructions;
Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations observed during patrols to the appropriate contacts, and support Allied Universal protocols for incident reporting and follow-up
