Security Officer Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, supporting access activity, and assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, entrances, corridors, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Observe and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations, and document daily activities, incidents, and patrol findings according to site expectations.;
Support a professional environment at the location by monitoring high-traffic areas, providing directions and assistance, and addressing routine questions or concerns with courtesy and professionalism.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or public emergency personnel as needed.
