** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures at a commercial office property.

+ Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests to appropriate locations.

+ Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or communication systems; report unusual activity and security-related concerns according to site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.

+ Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and front-desk records while supporting a professional and welcoming lobby environment.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

+ A Guard Card or license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
