Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff at a technology, media, and telecommunications property by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.;
Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
