Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter areas;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and contractor entry;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken;
Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
