As a Security Officer Residential Apartment Complex in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential community, you will drive and conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to resident and visitor needs with professionalism. You will support a welcoming environment through clear communication, customer service, and attention to detail.

$21.00 / Hour

• Mon 05:00 PM - 01:30 AM
• Tue 05:00 PM - 01:30 AM
• Wed 05:00 PM - 01:30 AM
• Thur 05:00 PM - 01:30 AM
• Sun 05:00 PM - 01:30 AM

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding property perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions and potential policy violations according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, patrol observations, and interactions accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
