Lead Restoration Technician
We are seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to join our team and take charge of day-to-day field operations on water, fire, mold, and emergency restoration projects. If you’re experienced, reliable, and ready to lead a crew, this is a great opportunity to grow with a busy and reputable restoration company.
Responsibilities- Lead a small crew and manage restoration jobs independently.
- Handle water, fire, and mold restoration projects effectively.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform physical labor in fast-paced environments.
- 2–4+ years of restoration experience in water, fire, and mold.
- Ability to lead a small crew and run jobs independently.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable with physical labor and fast-paced environments.
Skills & Qualifications
- IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/FSRT) are a big plus but not required.
- Experience with power tools, general labor, construction, water treatment, installation, and remediation.
- Ability to pass drug and compliance checks.
- Adhere to company appearance standards.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
