Field Service Technician III

About the Role

Canon USA is looking for a Field Service Technician to deliver excellent service during routine maintenance of Canon‑supported products and maintain service standards.

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary documentation, ensuring accurate record keeping.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on‑site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports and Canon property assigned.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines and support branch/district metric targets.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete the 120‑day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new‑hire class.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and willingness to travel.
• Ability to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter premises.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and be active >50% of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
• Compliance with customer policies and protocols, including COVID‑19 measures.

Hourly rate: $25.18 – $37.71. Eligible for a transportation allowance.
