Position: Genesis Master Technician (Sign On Bonus)
Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite) | Type: Full-Time| Compensation: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour (or more DOE)

Core Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across all vehicle systems (mechanical, electrical, brakes, suspension, A/C).
• Solve complex problems and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and road tests.
• Document repair work accurately and communicate with service advisors and customers.
• Mentor other technicians and maintain proficiency with technical updates and certifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements

• ASE Master Technician certification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience in a dealership.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior technicians.
• Commitment to safety protocols and high-quality service standards
