Structural Concrete Contractor Carpenters & Laborers

Job Title

Structural Concrete Carpenters and Laborers – Full‑time, South Orange County, CA.

• Concrete Carpenters – Build forms for poured‑in‑place walls, prepare sites, tie rebar if needed, and assist with concrete pouring, setting, and leveling.
• Concrete Laborers / Apprentices – Handle ground‑level stages of multiple projects, move material, dig, break and repair finished concrete, and perform other general duties.

• Carpenters: 1–2 years minimum experience in poured‑in‑place walls, comfortable with power tools and safe tool use, proficient in building forms and pouring concrete, and willing to run crews if required.
• Laborers: No experience required; helpful to be comfortable with a saw, hammer, or nail gun, have reliable transportation, and be present on site by 7 a.m., Monday‑Friday.
• Must be a hard worker with a positive attitude.
• Full‑time commitment of 8 hour shifts, Monday‑Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

• Monday‑Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (8 hour shift, day shift)
• Laborers:
  Starting $22+/hr
• Carpenters:
  Starting $25+/hr
