Join our expanding team as a Landscape Technician. At Yard Techs, the leading residential landscape maintenance company in Southern California, you will combine routine maintenance with project installations, building experience in both areas while mastering a variety of tools and equipment.

Each morning you will arrive ready to transform ordinary yards, whether repairing irrigation systems, installing lighting, or delivering and planting a broad range of plants from annual flats to 36‑inch box trees. You will drive trucks and vans over long distances and work with a variety of tools—including blowers, string trimmers, chainsaws, and hedge trimmers—to keep landscapes thriving.

• Irrigation & Lighting:
  Repair and install new irrigation systems and landscape lighting.
• Plant Management:
  Shop for, deliver, and install plants ranging from annual flats to 36‑inch box trees.
• Tool Mastery:
  Safely operate common landscape tools and equipment such as chainsaws, pole saws, and hedge trimmers for pruning.
• Physical & Independent Work:
  Carry up to 50 pounds, drive vehicles for extended periods, and evaluate property needs to develop creative landscape solutions.
• Maintenance:
  Keep equipment clean and in top working order.

Standard workday is 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with shifts that can start as early as 5:00 a.m. or extend to 6:00 p.m. depending on weather or project needs. The work environment encourages teamwork while also allowing independence for those who thrive working alone.
