Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with a knack for troubleshooting, repair, and precision? Are you excited by the prospect of working with a variety of materials such as Titanium, Stainless and Specialty Alloys, Nickel-based Alloys, and Superalloys? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our engineering firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team.

This is a permanent full‑time position where your expertise in machine maintenance, mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery and implement effective solutions.

Repair and maintain conveyor systems and precision machined components.

Work with a variety of materials, including Titanium, Titanium Alloys, Stainless and Specialty Alloys, Nickel-based Alloys, and Superalloys.

Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machinery performance and reliability.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Document all maintenance and repair work for record‑keeping and future reference.

Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other team members as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry.

Proven expertise in machine maintenance, mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting.

Experience working with precision machined components.

Knowledge of and experience working within the Aerospace/Aviation industry.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.

Relevant certification or degree in engineering, mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
