Overview
Retail Display Installer – Technology. Position requires traveling up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement applies.
ScheduleWork Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required.

- Maintain consistent communication with field services management; respond within 24 hours.
- Keep availability updated and accurate.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site.
- Maintain and update displays per planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving two or more people, providing solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist team members as needed and contribute to the team’s success.
- Adhere to timelines for accurate time‑card submission and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate and complete training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Available for weekend assignments as required.
- Age and eligibility: 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability:
Flexible during weekdays (Monday–Friday); weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning or late night availability as required. - Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability: adjust to changing tasks and work environments.
- Communication skills: effective use of phone, text, and e‑mail to coordinate tasks and provide updates.
- Technology: own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently.
- Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Education:
high school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience beneficial. - Experience:
installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
