At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Facilities Technician to work with a leading medical device company in Irvine. This role is perfect for a well‑rounded professional who enjoys hands‑on work and maintaining high standards in a regulated environment.

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed

• 29.00 USD hourly

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing, medical device, or regulated environment

• Solid background as a Maintenance Technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration

• Maintain, repair, and renovate the physical office environment through tool use and contractor supervision
• Assist in office reorganization, including furniture and equipment moves
• Repair malfunctioning equipment and building functional elements
• Perform regular quality checks and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Create and manage inspection and repair schedules
