The Role:

As a Plumbing Technician/Installer at McCowin Water, you will be the face of our company in the field. Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing and repairing residential filtration systems, installing water filtration systems, water softeners, Reverse Osmosis Systems, fixtures and filter change‑outs with precision, conducting routine maintenance, service, repairs when needed, system inspections and diagnostic water testing, providing clear estimates, and educating customers on the health of their systems.

• Diagnosing and repairing residential filtration systems.
• Installing water filtration systems, water softeners, Reverse Osmosis Systems, fixtures and filter change‑outs with precision.
• Conducting routine maintenance, service, repairs when needed, system inspections and diagnostic water testing.
• Providing clear estimates and educating customers on their systems' health.
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems for our valued customers.
• Collaborating with our team to ensure timely and efficient installations of our products.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of water treatment systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Providing top‑notch customer service while on site, addressing any concerns or questions customers may have regarding their water treatment systems.
• Documenting all installation and maintenance activities accurately and timely.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of professional plumbing experience required.
• Licensing:
  Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Skills:
  
  Strong problem‑solving abilities and a firm grasp of all hand tools.
• Mindset: A 'customer-first' attitude and a commitment to professional workmanship.
• Proven experience as an Install Technician in the water treatment industry.
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
