Monitors, inspects and completes tasks for restoration jobs to ensure completion of pack-out of contents and various fire restoration activities;
Loads equipment and supplies onto truck and arrives at job site;
Explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to customers using printed materials;
Performs fire/smoke damage repair and ancillary tasks including water extraction, pack-out of contents, removal/disposal of non-salvageable materials, light construction and demolition as directed;
Inspects jobs after completion and obtains customer signatures for approval and, when necessary, requests payments
