McMaster Heating & Air Conditioning has grown quickly to become Orange County's preferred HVAC contractor! Serving residential and light-commercial systems, we can handle any repair, installation, or general maintenance calls that come our way. Now, our Irvine, CA team is hiring an Experienced HVAC Installer to join us full-time and help perform the exceptional installations we're known for!

- Ability to work a full-time, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm schedule
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Ability to bring your own tools
- Residence in Orange County
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Clean and professional appearance
Ideally, we would prefer someone who is EPA and/or NATE-certified, but it's not required. The stronger your communication and collaboration skills are, the better!
COME ADVANCE YOUR CAREER WITH US!Our Experienced HVAC Installer travels throughout Orange County to accurately install heating and air conditioning systems/equipment while providing professional customer service. No two days will be the same, and depending on the project, you'll either be working independently or collaborating with team members to get the job done. You'll make sure installations comply with all codes, regulations, and company standards, testing system functionality before heading out to the next job.
When interacting with customers, you'll make sure to treat every person respectfully and professionally.
