We are continually seeking experienced building trades professionals to join our growing team as new projects ramp up across California. This is a general interest opportunity for skilled field personnel with prior experience working for a general contractor. • Ironworker (structural)

• Underground Utility
• Equipment Operator (Backhoe, Excavator, Skip Loader)
• Grading
• Laborers

• Perform tradespecific work according to plans and specifications
• Read basic drawings and follow scope direction
• Coordinate work with other trades on active job sites
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Use tools and equipment safely and correctly
• Follow company safety standards and site rules
• Report progress and issues to foremen or superintendents

• Building trade experience required
• Prior work for a general contractor strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Understanding of job site safety and procedures
• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Pay is based on trade, experience, and project requirements
• Training provided for entry and developing roles
