Job Responsibilities
**** Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and general repair work
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and drivability concerns
* Use manufacturer tools and service information to complete repairs
* Accurately document work performed and findings
* Collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear communication
* Follow dealership and manufacturer repair standards
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
* Participate in ongoing training and skill development

*** The Master‐Level Technician position is paid on a
** pay scale
** that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:
* ** Hourly compensation**, which varies based on experience, skill level, and performance

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is **$33.80 to $84.00 per hour**. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job‐related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable benchmarks are not met.

*** Master Technician Qualifications
**** Automotive technician experience required (mid‐level)
* Ability to perform repairs and diagnostics with minimal supervision
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
* Experience with CJDR vehicles preferred but not required
* ASE certifications are preferred but not required
* Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
* Corporate Hiring Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
