Technical Team Lead – Software Engineering (C#/.NET/Vue)

The successful candidate will have a direct impact on highly visible web applications that touch millions of users and will continuously learn emerging technologies and architecture advancements to improve Homes’ software products.

• Lead cross‑functional software engineering teams to deliver robust, maintainable web applications for  and
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Design, build, and optimize server‑side rendered and single‑page applications using C#, ASP.NET, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue, Angular, or React).
• Drive continuous improvement in application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and UX teams to define requirements and prioritize development work.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of development experience with solid web development and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with C#, ASP.NET, relational databases, and JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, Angular, or React.
• Experience building server‑side rendered and single‑page web applications.
• Strong project‑management skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build high‑performance software development teams and motivate peers.

• 1+ year of team leadership experience.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, SQS, Aurora, Lambda).
• Familiarity with MySQL, Dynamo
  
  DB, Redis, and Elastic Search.
• Commercial real‑estate domain knowledge is a bonus.
